Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight if required are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * Availability for 21x2 schedule \- for candidates residing in cities distant from project sites but within Rio Grande do Sul state. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other states. Desired Profile: Must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be available to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role in the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction sites, including de-energized transmission works or near energized areas (ground-level work only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
