Work on CPFL Energia construction projects **Job Description:** Position: Construction and Electrical Works Assistant \- for CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Project Locations: Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, and other cities in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul state. Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 * 5x2: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * Availability for a 21x2 schedule \- for candidates residing in cities farther from project sites but still within Rio Grande do Sul state. * 90x10: For candidates residing in other Brazilian states. Desired Profile: Must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be willing to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission works or near energized areas (ground-level work only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
