Job Summary: Product Coordinator to manage the product portfolio, develop new products, oversee the product lifecycle, and lead a team within a furniture manufacturing industry. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical leadership to the product team (approximately 15 professionals). A furniture manufacturing company is seeking a Product Coordinator in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Define product strategy and manage the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation, improvements, and discontinuations. Coordinate the development and launch of new products, from conception through internal communication and training. Monitor the product lifecycle, analyzing performance, costs, and margins with a focus on continuous improvement. Serve as the integration point among technical, commercial, marketing, and production departments. Provide technical leadership to the product team (approximately 15 professionals) and present results to senior management. Previous experience as Product Manager, Product Development Specialist, Product Analyst, or Product Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
