Description: * High school diploma; * 1–2 years of experience preferred. * Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition and operational status of steam turbines, compressors, wine centrifuges, steam traps, speed reducers, etc.; * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and associated accessories to ensure proper operation; * Perform adjustments and calibrations on all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine's specifications, using appropriate instruments; * Perform maintenance on steam turbines, compressors, yeast centrifuges, speed regulators, mill and defibrator speed reducers, etc., including replacement of mechanical seals, bearings, and bushings; * Monitor production tests to verify proper machine operation; * Assess the need for repairs to tools used in the production process; * Conduct non-destructive testing (liquid penetrant and magnetic particle) on motor and driven shafts of equipment; * Maintain equipment and spare parts records, documenting repairs performed and parts replaced for tracking purposes; * Inspect bearing condition and replace them as necessary according to established standards; * Mark out, drill, tap, and cut parts manually or mechanically to fabricate components and machines as required; * Fill bearings with babbitt metal. 2512300202491268255
