Issuance of invoices and registration of suppliers/products Performs support services in administration, finance, and logistics; serves suppliers and customers by providing and receiving information regarding products and services; handles various documents, fulfilling all required procedures related to them. * Work with Excel spreadsheet creation. * Track purchase requisitions. * Issue invoices. * Register suppliers and products. * Perform various system entries. * Enter orders, invoices, bank slips, and freight bills (CTEs). * Monitor NOU. * Prepare reports and perform other duties relevant to the position.
