Key Responsibilities: * Lead, monitor, and develop the sales team; * Plan and monitor the achievement of individual and store-level targets; * Conduct performance feedback, training, and performance follow-up; * Ensure service excellence and superior customer experience; * Supervise store organization, window displays, and product presentation; * Monitor sales metrics (average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction, etc.); * Manage inventory, stocktaking, restocking, and loss control; Compensation: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
