




Job Summary: Agrovale seeks a professional to support the warehouse leader and coordinator by organizing documents, managing files, and assisting in activities to maintain an organized department and ensure product compliance. It seeks a professional to support the warehouse leader and coordinator by organizing documents, managing files, and assisting in other activities to maintain departmental organization. Verify sugar delivery orders by checking data and quantities loaded onto trucks to ensure alignment with customer requests. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage sugar storage organization upon receipt; * Organize truck entry and sugar loading; * Assist in assigning loaders to storage and cleaning tasks; * Support the Coordinator in administrative and operational tasks; * Inspect sugar dispatch orders issued by billing, verifying truck license plates, product quantities, and items to be loaded; * Verify that products delivered to customers meet quality standards and are free from damage; * Confirm that quantities loaded onto trucks match the delivery orders; * Complete the loading checklist, entering truck license plate, delivery order number, driver’s name, quantity, and batch number (production or inventory) for movement tracking and product traceability by the Coordinator; * Monitor the recovery process of bags, bales, and big bags into big bags; * Conduct initial inspection of trucks with weighing discrepancies at the scale; * Monitor lot assembly performed by loaders; * Inspect production receipts, verifying physical stock (pallets) against the daily production report; * Update the department’s performance indicator spreadsheet; * Conduct weekly inventory checks, comparing physical stock and system records; * Inspect customer returns, verifying product quantities against invoices; * Record quantities of loaded trucks in the loading monitoring spreadsheet for batch control, specifying which batch the load originated from; * Participate in and comply with all programs related to the quality management and continuous improvement system (certifications, GMP, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.), aiming to achieve company-defined goals and targets. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience as an inspector in logistics; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Preferred: Technical-level qualification in administration, logistics, or related fields.
