Promote continuous improvement events with cross-functional teams Agrovale, a sugarcane-alcohol sector company located in Juazeiro \- Bahia, is seeking a professional to jointly develop continuous improvement projects across various departments, supporting them with necessary tools and training to increase productivity, reduce waste, and engage employees, aiming for operational excellence. Disseminate Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools through training (5S, Waste Identification, Visual and Performance Management, Problem Solving, TPM, KAIZEN) in industrial and agricultural areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the implementation of continuous improvement programs across the company, ensuring completion of each phase in all departments to foster a quality culture. * Deliver training on continuous improvement concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools to the entire company. * Promote continuous improvement events with cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, facilitating idea generation, and developing action plans to address critical issues. * Support the creation of performance charts and monitor key indicators jointly with responsible personnel. * Monitor results of key performance indicators, measure gains, and prepare presentation materials for employees. * Monitor ROI of all Lean initiatives, preparing reports for management dissemination. * Train, guide, and support employees in using Lean tools and methods (Root Cause Analysis, A3, Pareto, Ishikawa, SMED, MASP, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, among others). * Conduct internal 5S audits. * Monitor suggestion programs and implementation of new ideas, performing feasibility analyses and conducting tests for validation. * Develop standard operating procedures for the operational area as needed, submitting them for managerial review and approval. * Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM), monitoring execution of agreed-upon improvements required to achieve the future state plan. * Select and train a continuous improvement team to spread these concepts throughout the company. * Conduct benchmarking with other companies to exchange ideas and concepts that support implementation and dissemination of continuous improvement culture. * Participate in and support all programs related to the quality management system and continuous improvement (Certifications, GMP, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.), aiming to achieve company-defined goals and targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration. * Postgraduate specialization in related fields is desirable. * Desired experience: 3 to 4 years. * Specific knowledge: Continuous improvement methodologies, Lean thinking, result/performance indicators. * Advanced Office suite (Excel and Word). * Skills and competencies: Problem analysis and resolution, organization and control, planning, verbal and written communication, commitment to goals and results, customer focus (internal and external), interpersonal relationships, innovation and creativity, ability to transfer knowledge, productivity, and deadline adherence. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Food basket; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation; * Medical assistance; * Subsidized dental plan; * Pharmacy assistance; * Gas voucher; * Fuel station discount; * Onhappy (discounts on airline tickets and hotels); * Open English (discounts on English and Spanish courses). **With great pride, we are the largest employer in the São Francisco Valley and one of the largest in the state.
