Agro Indústrias do Vale do São Francisco S.A. – AGROVALE is a sugar, ethanol, and bioelectricity producer located in Juazeiro, Bahia. AGROVALE seeks a professional to **plan, control, and analyze administrative activities related to transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, compliance with internal regulations, and support for fleet and operational management.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Collect data, disseminate, and implement improvements in performance indicators; monitor driver performance.
* Monitor transportation area performance indicators (costs, productivity, fuel consumption, maintenance, and fleet utilization).
* Support administrative fleet management (vehicle documentation, licensing control, insurance, and traffic fines).
* Prepare managerial reports and data analyses to support decision-making.
* Manage contracts with transportation companies and suppliers related to operations.
* Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance processes jointly with the responsible department.
* Control transportation area expenses and budget.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic legislation, and internal company policies.
* Support process improvement implementation and optimization of routes and operational resources.
* Provide administrative support to operational teams and drivers.
* Analyze kilometers per route and number of passengers boarded per trip.
* Liaise with customs brokers regarding documentation for owned vehicles (DUT, CRLV, new license plates, whenever required).
* Request registration of third-party vehicles and routes whenever vehicles are replaced.
* Monitor fuel supply control for third-party transportation services and request fuel supply SIM cards.
* Request necessary documentation from transporters for contract renewals.
* Submit monthly payment amounts to each transporter’s accountants for issuance of invoices; verify and forward to respective departments for payment processing.
* Address logistics failures and irregularities in personnel transportation services.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel);
* Knowledge of Power BI;
* Experience in transportation operations;
* Driver’s license category B.
