




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for monitoring the productivity of the external sales team, reporting results, defining sales routes, and promoting team development. Participation in events to strengthen the brand WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor the daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheet entries and controls. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define sales routes for the external sales team according to guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Monitor the external sales representatives in your region, provide feedback, training, and development initiatives, ensuring productivity and delivery of results in line with the regional sales plan. * Serve as the interface between the Regional Coordinator and the team, ensuring effective communication of guidelines, results, and relevant information for commercial operations. * Occasionally participate in company-organized events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company's institutional image.
