Job Summary: The COI Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and adjusting systems and equipment to ensure productivity, quality, and safety of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality, sanitation, and safety of the process **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Operate computerized systems that monitor the operation of machines, equipment, and field instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety. * Execute process control within their assigned area. * Assist in controlling the production process by dosing chemical inputs, operating equipment, pumps, and other process units. * Adjust equipment to match the production process, overseeing maintenance activities on machines and equipment. * Operate the industry’s control system via computers. * Operate equipment including: pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, Redler conveyors, and other equipment comprising the unit. * Assist in analyzing and preparing occurrence logs, equipment downtime records, production reports, and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Interpret production orders, change programs, and adjust machine and process parameters. * Communicate information to other team members—both those working the same shift and others—verbally and in writing. * Ensure completion of all stipulated production tasks. * Cover for Senior COI Operators when necessary. * Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible. * Assess the condition of machines, equipment, components, and tools used in the production process, reporting issues to maintain scheduled productivity. * Contribute ideas for new methodologies and operational procedures to improve production process effectiveness and efficiency. * Measure chemical dosages and collect samples, if required. * Read process parameters and record data in checklists, reports, and established forms. * Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters, and perform physicochemical analyses. * Clean and maintain parts, tools, and equipment used, ensuring proper usage. * Perform equipment repairs during scheduled shutdowns designated for this purpose. * Support corrective maintenance of industrial machines, motors, and equipment, assisting mechanics with assembly and disassembly tasks. * Carry out cleaning and organization of work areas. * Perform tasks of equivalent complexity upon request by immediate supervisor. * Carry out job duties in strict compliance with organizational occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately informing the immediate supervisor of any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers. * Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through sustained organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace. * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any problems or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD IS DESIRABLE * Additional Information \- Salary: R$ 3005.51 \+30% * Affirmative Action Position \- Available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
