Job Summary: Wholesale sales professional and customer service representative responsible for various store operations, support, and document issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Sales activities and gift packaging organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide customer service and conduct wholesale sales in accordance with the company's service standards; * Handle customer feedback—including complaints, suggestions, compliments, and grievances—in accordance with established procedures and service standards; * Provide customer support and service for MCARD, including registration form completion, billing inquiries, and other related matters, as per procedure; * Prepare wholesale product price quotations upon request, retrieve items from the warehouse, and forward approved orders to the cashier; * Conduct telephone and online sales to both existing and new customers, aligned with promotions, special occasions, and other store offerings; * Issue invoices for customers requiring them, following established procedures; * Execute sales initiatives and special occasion campaigns in coordination with relevant departments, as needed and per leadership guidance; * Provide product-related information to customers upon request and in accordance with procedures; * Receive and inspect containers, issuing receipts to customers as per procedure; * Assemble gift packages, ribbons, and baskets for customers or the sales department, adhering to company requirements and standards; * Assist with other departmental/store tasks as required and per leadership guidance. **Requirements:** * Basic education: Completed High School; * Proven experience as a Cashier; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free lunch at the company, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
