Ensure system functionality by engaging interface departments and validating whether the team is operating correctly according to the process design. Identify system improvements and monitor new and existing functionalities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as the responsible party for managing and describing the scope of process changes in systems, and identifying impacts; * Act as the responsible party for documenting business processes to support system implementation; * Collaborate with managers—referred to as "process owners"—to facilitate coordinators' work during the phase of detailing system requirements, documenting functional and business rules; * Plan and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions/corrections; * Resolve business-area service tickets; * Disseminate knowledge related to systemic changes; * Develop and deliver system training to employee teams; * Support final activities for implementing system changes; * Provide post-implementation support for systems and technologies; * Participate in governance over technology vendors' service delivery related to the area of responsibility; * Perform other tasks inherent to the role; * Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization's occupational safety, health, and environmental standards, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
