Leadership and team management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hydraulic team at the construction site; * Read and interpret hydraulic engineering drawings to ensure correct installation execution; * Plan and organize activity execution, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic installations; * Manage inventory of materials and supplies required for activity execution; * Ensure all activities comply with established safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Primary education; * Prior experience in civil construction projects, specifically in hydraulic and sanitary systems; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * **Candidates from other cities in Mato Grosso state or other Brazilian states are welcome, provided they are available to work in Sinop/MT.** **Work Location:** Southern Industrial District \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site lunch, Attendance bonus, Breakfast, Overtime pay
