Development of relationships with real estate agents and partners Our client is a real estate development company that values conscious societal development and is seeking a professional to work as a Commercial Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Organize and monitor activities related to sales and customer acquisition; Provide strategic support to the commercial team throughout all stages of the sales process (pre-sale, during sale, and post-sale); Monitor results and guide the team toward achieving targets; Maintain close relationships with real estate agents and track new business opportunities; Control and distribute support materials to real estate agents; Organize and support training sessions for partner real estate agencies. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Experience in the real estate or construction industry; Experience with CRM and management systems (preferred); Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
