Job Summary: Assist in inventory control, goods receipt, and data entry into the system, providing support for administrative tasks and collaborating with the logistics team. Key Highlights: 1. Provide administrative support and assist the logistics team **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30 **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in inventory control by performing periodic counts and inspections of stored products; * Participate in the goods receipt process, verifying invoices and checking product integrity; * Enter data into the inventory management system, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accurate; * Participate in periodic inventories, assisting with counting and verification of stock items; * Provide support for departmental administrative activities, such as document filing and report preparation; * Collaborate with the logistics team on projects and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement; * Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. **Requirements:** * Age range: 14 to 22 years old; * Must have **completed high school** or be **enrolled in the 3rd year of high school (night shift)**; * Availability for morning and afternoon shifts. **Work Location:** Jardim Botânico \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Basic food basket
