Sinop, MT Company accepts applications from Sinop and nearby cities Assistant/ Operational To be determined Employment Type: CLT Job Details **Responsibilities:** Perform grain drying operations, standardizing grain moisture content within company-established limits and tolerances. Perform grain unloading by operating dumpers. Guide shift colleagues on cleaning, organization, and receiving and drying processes. Load trucks with products by manually operating levers and valves according to the quantity specified for each vehicle being loaded, ensuring correct loading and minimizing process losses. Inspect trucks, checking internal cleanliness of cargo compartments and overall condition to determine whether vehicles meet internal requirements. Perform grain classification at the Unit by collecting a specified product sample and evaluating moisture content, impurities, damaged grains, etc., in accordance with classification regulations. Conduct GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) testing upon product arrival, following established procedures and comparing results against parameters to assess whether the product is transgenic. Maintain organization and identification of analyzed samples within the required timeframe to facilitate sample location in case of disputes. Perform monitoring through indicator recording, identifying loads by supplier, reporting quality percentages and respective sample results. Record analysis results on the ticket or enter them into the load identification system to relay information to the administrative department. Perform cleaning in the area using appropriate equipment and tools to maintain departmental organization and hygiene per company quality standards. Document all services performed during the work period via notes or checklists to report occurrences and procedures carried out. Occasionally assist with maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and equipment. Actively participate in and contribute to Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as SSO (Safety, Health and Environment), Continuous Improvement, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.
