Development of management tools and technological solutions **Description:** Technical education; Professional experience; Exercise technical leadership over the control of technical material receipts in coordination with project and engineering departments; Actively monitor new material requests with focus on schedules and identification of potential impacts; Support decision-making with emphasis on the contribution margin of the production process and new investments; Establish inventory level thresholds according to business rules; Facilitate inventory routine activities; Support invoice counting for monthly closings; Generate and analyze periodic inventory level reports, defining acceptable levels and action plans whenever excess is identified; Develop new management tools and technological solutions to improve materials management performance and reduce costs; Conduct field surveys and compare findings against material requirements to minimize risks of material surplus; Lead strategic projects while collaborating across multiple departments; Monitor high-value purchases and actively participate in technical evaluations of new acquisitions; Generate and analyze periodic reports based on KPIs; Stay updated on policies, standards, and legislation relevant to the role; Monitor and act upon departmental KPIs through continuous tracking and definition of action plans aligned with industry best practices; Perform job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); promptly report to immediate supervisor any activity posing risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the work environment; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. 2512010202191839470
