Work will follow a predefined route, ensuring full operational functionality of facilities and adequate response to structural demands of units. **Responsibilities:** Perform general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, various repairs). Conduct preventive inspections at units to identify repair needs. Respond to corrective service requests as needed. Record completed activities and report requirements for additional materials or services. Ensure the safety, preservation, and proper operation of facilities. Follow the established service route. **Requirements:** Prior experience in building maintenance.
