**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:15–17:15 \| Saturday, 07:15–11:15 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Self-employed * Responsible for managing production teams and processes, monitoring each stage, inspecting machines and equipment, adjusting production schedules, ensuring product quality and standardization in compliance with regulatory requirements and/or customer specifications; * Maintains interface between the department and other internal processes, including engineering, sales, quality assurance, and planning; * Supervises activities performed in external areas; the responsible person may use supporting equipment to carry out tasks, such as cutting machines, rolling mills, sanders, and small- to medium-sized presses, as well as material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes; approves products according to quality standards; * Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness within departments, environmental preservation, and occupational safety. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education degree in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields is desirable; * **Candidates from other states and cities within Mato Grosso (MT) are welcome, provided they are willing to relocate to Sinop/MT.** **Work Location:** Industrial Sector \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** No benefit specified
