Development of devices for machinery and equipment Plans and supervises installation services, machine and vehicle shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance, aiming to minimize equipment downtime. Develops projects for device development for machinery and equipment. Selects and contracts third-party services for equipment repairs, based on technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis. Supervises the receipt and inspection of maintenance materials. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the department’s allocated budget, monitoring expenditures on personnel, investments, and maintenance in alignment with established strategic goals; * Issue and analyze periodic reports, emphasizing KPI and operational cost management, as well as return on investment within the department; * Monitor fleet efficiency by analyzing vehicle utilization to identify optimized solutions; * Manage vehicle maintenance, ensuring preventive, corrective, or emergency servicing; * Ensure fleet compliance with applicable legislation and internal company regulations; * Administer fleet checklist implementation; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles with minimal vehicle downtime; * Prepare cost estimates and support the Procurement Department in purchasing parts and materials for maintenance applications; * Inspect machine and fleet checklists and schedule necessary corrections; * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for machinery and fleet vehicles; * Develop fleet suppliers; * Monitor fleet service execution performed by suppliers; * Administer and control open service orders (S.O.); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Experience in budget and maintenance KPI management. * People management skills. **Additional Information** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
