Job Summary: A professional to lead the store's daily operations, manage the team and sales, ensure excellence in customer service, and maintain inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (works 2 Sundays per month) **Main Responsibilities:** * Team management and store organization * Monitoring sales targets and performance * Inventory control and product restocking * Store opening and closing * Ensuring high-quality customer service ✅ **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Experience in team leadership or management * Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile **Location:** Sinop – MT **Immediate start** **Unisex position** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the **store’s daily operations**, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the establishment. * **Lead, train, and motivate the team**, fostering a productive and positive work environment. * **Hire staff and manage employee schedules.** * Monitor **sales targets and team performance**, implementing strategies to improve results. * Supervise **inventory restocking and control**, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * **Open and close the store**, ensuring security and operational control. * Monitor **cash flow and operational processes.** * Ensure **excellence in customer service**, resolving conflicts or complaints when necessary. * Support **marketing initiatives and sales growth strategies.** ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed **high school education** (a college degree will be considered an advantage). * Prior experience in **store management or team leadership in retail.** * Basic knowledge of **inventory control, sales, and customer service.** * Availability to **work on weekends as per schedule.** ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Leadership and people management capability** * Strong **communication skills and professional demeanor** * **Proactivity and results orientation** * Ability to **solve problems and make decisions** * Organization and accountability * Ability to **work under performance targets** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
