Operating in **SINOP/MT.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Train and supervise the sales agents team in sales activities; * Create and implement commercial strategies to achieve growth targets; * Participate in strategic negotiations and deal closures; * Ensure effective use of CRM and organization of leads and customer service data; * Conduct training sessions and represent Canal Verde at commercial events. **Requirements:** * Experience leading external sales teams; * Knowledge of lead acquisition strategies, active prospecting, and negotiation; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and focus on results; * **Must reside in Sinop/MT.**
