We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your field. Your role will include: • Managing and monetizing corporate (Pessoa Jurídica) client portfolios, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Conducting a 100% external routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenue between R$500,000 and R$10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure quality and sustainable business growth; • Delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. For this role, we value: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA); CPA\-20 is a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing corporate (Pessoa Jurídica) client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing established processes; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities; • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with annual revenue up to R$10 million will be considered a plus.
