Job Summary: Supervises and executes electrical engineering projects, managing teams and ensuring quality and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Technical approval of measurements and preparation of material lists Supervise the execution of electrical engineering projects, guiding the team in carrying out construction work. Supervise electrical equipment installation and commissioning. Supervise all electrical-related projects jointly with the executing company, serving as an information interface between companies with related projects, monitoring schedules and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, execute, and guide electrical engineering projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution; Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical equipment such as motors, compressors, generators, UPS systems, MCCs, and medium-voltage switchgear; Monitor substation installation execution; Review and supervise low- and medium-voltage electrical project execution, cable sizing, routing, single-line diagrams, motor list preparation, and flowchart analysis; Train less experienced employees during project execution to support personal development and work optimization; Perform technical approval of measurements; Prepare material lists based on project specifications, verifying requirements and forwarding them to the procurement department; Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization's occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory PPE required for performing job and departmental tasks; promptly report to immediate supervisors any activity posing risks to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one's responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Completed postgraduate studies; Relevant experience. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Gympass; On-site meals.
