Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing masonry and finishing tasks on construction sites, interpreting drawings and applying appropriate techniques to ensure construction quality. Laying of blocks, bricks, and cladding **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Interpret architectural and structural drawings to carry out **masonry** and **finishing** tasks on building construction sites; * Prepare and apply **mortar** and **concrete**, using appropriate techniques to ensure construction quality; * Assemble temporary formwork and supporting structures for concrete pouring, ensuring safety and technical compliance; * Lay blocks, bricks, and cladding, adhering to standards of **civil construction** and safety regulations; * Use hand and power tools specific to construction and finishing tasks to optimize workflow; * Perform site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** * Elementary education or equivalent practical experience; * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting civil construction drawings; * Clear communication skills for teamwork. **Work Location:** South Industrial District \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site lunch, Attendance bonus, Breakfast, Overtime pay
