Opportunity for PCD **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift 06x01 (works 6 days, rests 1 day) \- 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Adjust staffing levels at cash registers and distribute staff according to daily store traffic; * Correct product pricing errors by verifying all advertised items; * Ensure price modification procedures at POS terminals comply with store standards; * Report customer complaints regarding products, services, and pricing to store management, based on comparisons made by customers while passing through checkout; * Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the section and monitor availability of shopping carts for customers; * Ensure defective shopping carts are collected for repair; * Manage banked hours and adhere to scheduled time-off rotations; * Prepare cashier team work schedules; * Perform cash withdrawals (cash pulls); * Manage the front-desk cashier team; * Execute necessary procedures for merchandise returns, preparing reports detailing each incident; * Authorize discounts and provide customer assistance for complaints, difficulties locating products, or card-related issues; * Support the telesales team; * Generate and archive a detailed daily operations report; * Identify causes of cash register discrepancies and apply disciplinary penalties; * Monitor the customer service team's daily reporting activities; * Register customer data; count coins if required. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in people management; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Work Location:** Industrial District \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Attendance bonus, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Health Plan, On-site meal
