A professional responsible for coordinating logistics operations at an industrial unit, ensuring efficient flow of receiving, material handling, shipping, and control, while collaborating integrally with various departments.

The professional is responsible for executing and supporting the coordination of logistics operations within the industrial unit, ensuring efficient flow of receiving, internal handling, shipping, and control of vehicles, materials, and products. Works integrally with Production, Billing, Commercial, Quality, and Safety departments to ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.
* Monitor inbound and outbound truck traffic at the industrial facility (raw materials, grains, ethanol, co-products).
* Execute receiving, warehousing, internal handling, and shipping processes for products.
* Serve as the operational interface with freight carriers, drivers, and yard teams.
* Ensure compliance with scheduled logistics appointments and defined operational time windows.
* Support and execute vehicle weighing, inspection, and release processes.
* Verify logistics and fiscal documentation jointly with the billing department.
* Monitor and update logistics performance indicators (waiting time, yard turnover, lead time).
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations at the industrial facility.
* Support yard and operational area organization, contributing to reduction of bottlenecks and operational risks.
* Record and report operational incidents, deviations, and non-conformities, proposing process improvements.
* Participate in standardization and implementation of Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Intermediate Power BI skills.
* ERP systems: Senior / GATEC.
* Experience in operational logistics within industrial or agro-industrial environments.
* Knowledge of yard control, road transportation, and warehousing.
* Preferred: Experience or familiarity with ethanol or commodity operations, and basic understanding of fiscal documentation and billing processes.
