AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION - AVAILABLE FOR PCD **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead the butcher department team and processes, focusing on customers and results, in alignment with company policies and values; * Oversee department operations (organization, restocking, cleaning, pricing, promotions, and expiration date control), complete checklists, and carry out necessary preventive and corrective actions as per department guidelines and procedures; * Lead your team using the company’s people management model and with management approvals, conducting meetings and training sessions, performance evaluations, requests for position and salary adjustments, timekeeping, and disciplinary actions; * Manage department inventory and losses, performing required controls as per procedure; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and enforcement; * Maintain the department’s physical infrastructure, procuring, maintaining, and repairing equipment as needed, subject to management approval; * Ensure customer service and implementation of the company’s Customer Service Standards across the team, providing necessary guidance and enforcement; * Prepare and display pre-packaged items to maintain variety and quality; * Ensure department and equipment cleaning and sanitation according to company standards; * Assist with other department and store activities as needed and per manager’s instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * **Preferred:** Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Management, Business Processes, or Production Engineering; * **Prior experience in management and in butcher departments;** * Leadership skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Work location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snack, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
