If you enjoy challenges, are eager to learn, and wish to join a team that values people and performance, this position may be right for you! **Responsibilities:** Support the sales department in commercial performance analysis, KPIs, and results reporting; Manage and monitor orders, contracts, and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal company policies; Perform commercial control tasks, assisting with pricing, contribution margin, sales volume, and stock availability; Use SAP (ACM, MM, and SD modules) to execute and monitor commercial routines, ensuring data integrity; Collaborate with related departments (controller, logistics, tax, finance, and origination) to ensure smooth and consistent sales processes; Prepare managerial analyses and reports to support decision-making by senior management and the sales team; Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in commercial, control, or sales support activities; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level); Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with KPIs and reports; Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration; **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience or knowledge in the agribusiness sector; Familiarity with SAP (ACM, MM, and SD modules).
