Strong ability to work in a team We are seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team providing services to **MERCADO LIVRE** in **MORRO DA FUMAÇA** (with real opportunities for direct hiring by Mercado Livre). This is a dynamic role requiring commitment, agility, and a strong ability to work in a team. You will be essential in ensuring that our shipping processes are efficient and that all deadlines are met. **Your responsibilities include:** * Ensuring order receipt, sorting, preparation, and dispatch at the distribution center; * Actively participating in safety culture by attending meetings, trainings, and adhering to safety standards. * We highly value agility and adaptability; therefore, it is essential that you possess a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to face daily challenges. Additionally, this role requires standing for extended periods, so good physical endurance and readiness for a fast-paced environment are important.
