Job Summary: This professional will support process mapping, lead Kaizen events, and monitor management routines, promoting an operational excellence culture while developing dashboards. Will develop and update dashboards for analysis and insights **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Support process and value stream mapping, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities to increase productivity; \- Lead or support low-complexity Kaizen events, applying Lean tools (5S, Standardization, Kanban, SMED); \- Monitor adherence to management routines (daily meetings and 5S audits) and consolidate results for reporting; \- Act as a multiplier of the operational excellence culture, delivering basic Lean and continuous improvement tool training to operational teams; \- Develop and update monitoring dashboards (Excel / Power BI), providing analyses and insights for decision-making; \- Monitor OEE, setup times, downtime, and productivity, proposing improvement actions jointly with operational areas; \- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA) in production and administrative areas. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed technical education and/or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate level English; * Intermediate Excel knowledge (data handling, formulas, charts, and simple dashboards); * Intermediate Power BI knowledge (simple data modeling, report and chart creation); * Familiarity with KPI, OEE, and root cause analysis tools (A3, Ishikawa, 5W2H). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food-related; * Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, SMED, waste reduction); * Certifications in data analysis, BI, Lean, or Six Sigma (introductory level). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Voucher | Unimed Health Plan | Full Transportation Allowance | Profit Sharing Program (PLR) **Work Location:** ---------------------- AIRELA INDUSTRIA FARMACEUTICA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM
