**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Responsible for strategic and tactical financial cycle management across the business, including consolidation of financial results (Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet). Leads the Annual Budget Planning (ABP) process and the S\&OP process, ensuring accuracy of weekly and monthly forecasts. Supports executive leadership through profitability analyses and financial controls, safeguarding the business’s financial health and enabling data-driven decisions;
* Develop and coordinate the company’s annual budgeting process, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure budget data accuracy and integrity;
* Consolidate and report financial results (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet), analyzing variances between forecasted and actual performance, proposing corrective actions when required, and ensuring information integrity;
* Coordinate the weekly forecasting cycle, the rolling forecast, and the S\&OP process with area managers, translating operational KPIs into estimated financial outcomes;
* Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for results and cash flow, monitoring and adjusting variances based on operational inputs and outcomes;
* Conduct profitability analysis by product line and sales channel, supporting commercial and industrial teams in defining strategies;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields;
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities;
* Analytical capability;
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
* SAP system knowledge;
* Minimum two years of experience in FP\&A (Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet);
* Minimum two years of experience in cost management.
