All our job openings are also open to people with disabilities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support maintenance of spreadsheets, controls, and records related to fixed and variable compensation. * Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing salary, benefits, and internal movement data, contributing to analyses and processes such as salary reviews, promotions, and transfers. * Support monitoring and verification of commission, bonus, PPR, and other incentive program payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and established rules. * Assist in preparing managerial reports, dashboards, and departmental KPIs, enhancing visibility into compensation data and supporting decision-making. * Ensure organization and updating of files, documents, and compensation-related policies, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards. * Provide operational support to leadership and partner departments on matters related to positions, salaries, and benefits. * Support the design and implementation of strategic benefits and recognition programs. * Provide basic assistance on compensation topics and ensure proper handling of confidential information. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR, compensation, or administrative roles focused on data is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Senior and SAP systems is a plus. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Discretion and responsibility in handling confidential information. * Analytical ability and interest in data. **Additional information** **Benefits:** Dental Plan (after probationary period); Health Insurance (after probationary period); Free Transportation; On-site Restaurant; Performance-Based Bonus (PPR); Discounts on Brands; Childcare Assistance; Scholarship Program; Employee Referral Program; Wellhub (Gympass); Life Insurance **Differentiators:** On-site Cafeteria Exclusive internal stores for employees; Good Card Plus Card; On-site Banking Service; Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Gyms, and Food Services; **OUR STORY** La Moda Group is a dynamic organization that creates brands born with high desirability and sales success.
