Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com Apply now and embark on a career journey toward professional success! **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * Clean and organize guest rooms and common areas, ensuring overall hygiene according to unit standards; * Identify and report room issues so the maintenance team can resolve them; * Prepare and organize cleaning carts with necessary supplies to optimize the cleaning process; * Provide courteous and efficient service to members, resolving simple requests and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team; * Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and other departments within the unit to ensure a positive member experience; * Follow unit safety and cleaning policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Experience in room setup and general cleaning; agility and organizational skills; * Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment; * Ability to follow cleaning instructions and schedules. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * **Compensation:** R$2\.143 * **Working Hours:** 6x1 rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM; * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 550.00 monthly via Caju card; * **Transportation Allowance:** As established by law; * **Parking:** The company provides private parking for cars and motorcycles; * **Life Insurance:** Provided by Porto Seguro; * **Health Plan:** After probation period, Unimed APS health plan \- 50% co-payment for procedures listed in the Unimed fee schedule. Coverage extends to dependents; * **Dental Plan:** After probation period, Uniodonto dental plan \- no co-payment. Coverage extends to dependents; * **Conexa Saúde:** One free remote telemedicine consultation per month and one free remote psychology consultation per month via the Conexa Saúde app; * **DayOff:** Birthday DayOff (one paid day off), usable within 30 (thirty) business days following the birthday date. * **Complimentary Stay:** Two complimentary overnight stays for two people at our units, valid during low season and usable within 12 months following the company anniversary date; * **Accommodation:** Employees may stay at our units enjoying the same benefits as members; * **Membership:** Special rates for employees wishing to become members.
