Job Summary: Rede Drops is hiring a Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitation of suites, bathrooms, utensils, and linen replacement at its unit. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to hygiene and safety standards ### **Cleaning Assistant – Drops Tubarão (SC)** **Rede Drops**, Brazil's largest motel chain, with units across 8 states, currently has an opening for a **Cleaning Assistant** at its **Drops Tubarão** unit. **Responsibilities:*** Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, hallways, utensils, and kitchen; * Linen replacement and consumption verification; * Delivering menu orders to suites. **Requirements:*** Prior cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory); * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; * Availability to work on **rotating shifts** (morning/afternoon and night); * Commitment to hygiene and safety standards. **Compensation and Benefits:*** **Salary:** R$ 1\.869,00 * **Hazard Pay Allowance:** 40% * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 300,00 (starting after 3 months – R$ 12,00/day) * **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 250,00 (6x1 schedule\) **or** Bike Allowance: R$ 100,00 * **Life Insurance** with comprehensive coverage **Work Schedule:*** **Schedule:** 6x1 (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday off per month) * **Working Hours:** 7 hours 20 minutes daily * **Shift Timing:** Rotating, to be coordinated with the manager **Loyalty Program and Bonuses:*** Loyalty bonus based on tenure: * 25% of salary in July (1st and 2nd year) * 50% in the 3rd year * 100% from the 4th year onward * Performance-based bonuses every 6 months. **Work Location:** Champagne Motel by Drops – Tubarão/SC Revoredo Neighborhood **Apply now and join Brazil's largest motel chain!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
