We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect high-complexity construction sites and supervise teams via administrative oversight. * Conduct inspections and monitor analysis of tests and certifications. * Inspect receipt of materials, map concrete pours, and record technical, daily, photographic, and incident reports. * Monitor executed quantities, support monthly measurements, and engage surveying services when necessary. * Notify contractors, suspend or release work fronts, approve or reject tests, and mediate design-related queries. * Monitor physical-financial schedules, identify requirements for supplies, equipment, and human resources. * Guide Road Infrastructure Inspectors I and II and represent the responsible engineer on-site. * Ensure team safety, promote compliance with Motiva’s Golden Safety Rules, and support the Safety Technician. * Contribute to proper waste management and mitigation of environmental impacts on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed High School Education Driver’s License Category B Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Systems Residence in Capivari, Imbituba, Paulo Lopes, Tubarão, or nearby areas **You stand out if you have:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (completed or in progress) Experience in Road Construction Projects **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating in **13 states**, enabling thousands of people to move daily through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
