Opportunity to shape the role and advance your career The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the civil construction market and also houses an anodizing unit for surface finishing of aluminum profiles. It is also home to Hydro’s general tooling department. You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance on machines and facilities, ensuring quality and safety. * Diagnose failures, interpret electrical schematics, and replace components with increased autonomy. * Coordinate the assembly, adaptation, and adjustment of panels, control boards, and electrical systems, ensuring technical compliance. * Program and configure inverters, PLCs, and HMIs using software and measurement instruments, with capability for advanced adjustments. * Conduct periodic inspections of electrical equipment, proposing actions to ensure availability and productive performance. * Specify, identify, and validate electrical parts and components required for maintenance and procurement, ensuring technical compatibility. * Lead minor renovations, new installations, and improvements to industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations. **What Will Make You Successful** **Academic Qualifications:** Technical education completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and mechanical manuals * Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of industrial machinery and equipment (hydraulic presses) * Knowledge of mechanical failure diagnosis and root cause analysis * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics for maintaining pressure and flow systems * NR-11, NR-33, and NR-35 training preferred * Availability to work rotating shifts * Must reside in the region of Tubarão, Laguna, Capivari de Baixo, or Jaguaruna – SC Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among its employees.
