DESCRIPTION The Junior Human Resources Analyst is responsible for assisting with departmental HR activities, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding of new employees, timekeeping management, benefits administration, and other routine tasks. This is an entry-level professional seeking to acquire experience and expertise in the Human Resources field. The professional analyzes and prepares information, ensuring that critical operations are submitted for validation or verification by their immediate supervisor — Director of Culture and Strategy. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in HR routines. Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, benefits, and HR systems. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback. * Participate in the onboarding of new employees by introducing company policies, internal rules, and procedures. * Manage employee timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor legislation. * Assist in benefits administration, including health insurance, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and other benefits. * Support the organization of internal events, such as trainings, seminars, and team-building activities. * Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and documentation. * Attend meetings and trainings for professional development in the Human Resources field. * Collaborate in preparing HR reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices by suggesting innovative ideas and solutions. * Develop interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels within the company. * Responsible for cultivating and developing talent aligned with the organizational culture and company practices. * Protection and confidentiality of information. * Appropriate use and access control of systems. * Reporting of security incidents. * Classification and handling of information.
