If you’re restless, analytical, curious, and driven by results, this could be the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career alongside us. **What will be your mission?** * Plan, configure, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube), monitoring metrics and performance. * Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROI, transforming data into insights and strategic recommendations. * Create reports and dashboards for tracking results and supporting decision-making. * Organize schedules, workflows, and support SEO and content strategies. **Minimum Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience in marketing. * Practical experience managing paid campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. * Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot/RD Station, and advanced spreadsheets. * Analytical, organized, autonomous, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience in marketing. * Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, SaaS, agencies). **Benefits:** * Health insurance. * Meal allowance (R$750.00\). * Gympass. * Fruit day. * Birthday day off. * Career development plan. **This is a 100% in-person position located in Criciúma/SC.** **Don’t miss this opportunity!
