Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify opportunities, replicate improvements, and ensure their standardization (PDCA and SDCA). * Lead demand planning execution based on sales and CD replenishment planning. * Lead the team and coordinate unit-level warehouse administration, distribution, and fleet operations. * Plan and manage freight-related costs for the unit. * Ensure fleet maintenance and care are performed according to the “Coração Fleet Standard”. * Execute Logistics Governance (Lean) directives—daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. * Develop projects aimed at improving processes and/or reducing logistics costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed Bachelor’s degree plus postgraduate studies or an MBA in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Required** * Specific knowledge of logistics cost management, distribution, warehousing, and fleet management. * Solid experience in this role. * Experience managing teams. * Experience in consumer goods logistics. **Desirable** * Experience with WMS and SAP. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and PDCA. * Knowledge of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). * Experience in food transportation. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Insurance Plan. * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company). * Performance Bonus. * Transportation Allowance. * Meal Benefit. * Monthly Product Kit. * Life Insurance. * Wellhub.
