**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct active collections from delinquent customers;
Communicate with customers via telephone, e\-mail, or in person to resolve overdue account issues, negotiate debts, and address settlement discrepancies;
Update bank slips, calculate interest, and court fees;
Register returned checks;
Send liability reports to customers, duplicate bank slips, and invoices;
Process payments for debt settlements;
Monitor settlement processes;
Schedule payments;
Issue consent letters;
Request bank clearance confirmation;
Request protest suspension;
Prepare necessary documentation for legal collections;
Conduct commercial references;
Send collection notices and/or letters;
Reconcile and monitor bank statements;
Perform other related duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Financial Management and/or Business Administration.
**Experience:** Interest rate negotiation;
Accounts receivable;
Customer interaction.
**Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook.
ERP system knowledge is desirable.
