**03 PLANNING ANALYST #500 POSITIONS**
**Ribeirão das Neves/MG**
**Salary:** Between R$ 3.000,00 and R$ 4.000,00 (based on experience)
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday.
**Working Hours:** 08:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility required regarding working hours and occasional travel (rarely, as work is primarily at headquarters).

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Interpret projects and provide technical supervision of structures.
* Prepare the Official Material List and support the team leader in building the executive schedule.
* Size teams, fleet, equipment, and tools according to demand.
* Consolidate information sent by clients and distribute it internally across departments.
* Attend pre-operational meetings and maintain integration with other departments.
* Monitor operational progress and provide on-site technical support.
* Adjust plans when deviations occur, as needed.
* Update KPIs, spreadsheets, reports, and lessons learned.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to read technical drawings.
* Experience in operational planning, construction, events, or technical projects;
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience with structures;
* Experience in high-demand environments.
* Ability to handle simultaneous activities, e.g., two events.
* Adaptability to unexpected, atypical changes in plans.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
