If this profile matches you, apply for this position! **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the execution of Quality Department activities, providing assistance to routines and demands of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Assist in non-conformance handling and in monitoring corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions; * Support QMS document control, ensuring update, organization, and availability according to internal procedures; * Support internal quality audits, assisting in evidence organization and action plan follow-up; * Assist in handling customer complaints and product returns, contributing to analysis, registration, and incident tracking; * Collect data and support performance indicator measurement, contributing to process effectiveness monitoring; * Support measurement and monitoring instrument management, tracking calibrations, records, and applicable controls; * Support the organization and delivery of internal training related to quality processes and requirements; * Support risk management activities, contributing to identification, registration, and mitigation action follow-up. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate computer skills; * Strong organizational and analytical abilities; * Ability to work effectively in teams and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva; * Familiarity with computerized systems, including programming languages and database languages, is a plus. **Additional information** * Employment type: Internship; * Availability to work in Lagoa Santa; * Work model: On-site \- 30 hours per week \- Monday to Friday. * Benefits: * Flexible Benefit Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Chartered Transport (available in some regions); * On-site Restaurant.
