Teamwork and attention to detail. **Job Description – Pizza Maker Assistant** **Position:** Pizza Maker Assistant **Department:** Kitchen / Production **Location:** Santa Mônica Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte **Job Function** The Pizza Maker Assistant will support the pizzaiolo in activities related to pizza preparation, assembly, and production organization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with house standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing dough, sauces, and ingredients as directed by the pizzaiolo. * Clean, cut, and organize ingredients used in production. * Assemble pizzas according to orders, following quality and presentation standards. * Assist in stocking the production counter and replenishing ingredients. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. * Operate basic kitchen equipment (slicers, ovens, worktables, utensils). * Assist in preparing other menu items when requested. * Clean utensils and equipment at the end of the shift. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in a kitchen or food production is preferred. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as scheduled). * Efficiency and willingness to work in a hot and dynamic environment. **Desired Competencies** * Organization * Proactivity * Efficiency * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Commitment **Employment Type** * CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week, plus 1 Sunday off per month * Shift: 4:10 PM to 12:30 AM (with a 1-hour break) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
