**2 CNC OPERATOR POSITIONS #500**
**Ribeirão das Neves/MG – Permanent CLT Employment**
**Salary:** (Based on experience)
**Trainee:** R$ 2.335,39 (With training course but no experience)
**Skilled Worker:** R$ 2.800,00 (With training course and experience)
**Work Schedule and Hours:**
**1 position:** Monday to Friday, **08:15 AM to 6:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break
**1 position:** Monday to Friday, **01:15 PM to 11:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break
Flexible working hours required (shift changes, covering absences and vacations as needed).
**Benefits:**

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and operate CNC machines for machining processes (drilling, milling, grinding, and cutting);
* Interpret technical drawings, artwork, and programming files;
* Request, prepare, and load raw materials and parts into machines;
* Adjust and calibrate machines to ensure precision and quality;
* Monitor machine operation and report any deviations;
* Inspect and measure produced parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
**Professional Experience:** Industrial and machining fields
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Proficiency with measuring instruments.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings.
* Prior experience in industrial settings is desirable.
* Prior experience operating CNC machines is desirable.
* Availability to work rotating shifts (shift changes, covering vacations and absences as needed).
* Work under IPL ("Internal Labor Partnership")
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
