Job Description \-You will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and guiding warehouse activities, managing human and material resources — including receiving, inspection, invoicing entry, storage, distribution, and replenishment of materials, supplies, and fuels — ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, timeliness, and cost standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Ensure timely and effective fulfillment of internal customer requests and orders to meet required deadlines and quality standards, providing feedback to requesting departments; * Guide company personnel (employees and contractors) on procedures and timelines for fulfilling requisitions (materials, supplies, fuels), selecting order items according to product description, type, quantity, and other specifications, aiming to avoid delays in release and consequent prolonged operational/production stoppages; * Monitor routine activities including receiving, inspection, invoicing entry, storage, distribution, and replenishment of materials, supplies, and fuels to ensure service quality; * Supervise invoice receipt and system entry in accordance with Anglo American’s legal and internal procedures, verifying accounting destination and ICMS/IPI tax rules to ensure compliance with legal requirements; * Inspect warehouse stock storage, verifying proper packaging and/or stacking to prevent losses or damage (e.g., due to incorrect positioning, moisture, or dust); * Supervise inventory planning for materials, supplies, and fuels to guarantee availability for Operations and Maintenance departments; * Prepare addendum requests and participate in drafting documents related to budgetary adjustments; * Identify opportunities to upgrade and modernize warehouse equipment and facilities to enhance operational and production performance; * Participate in the management, control, and physical and financial execution of contracts under warehouse responsibility; * Monitor and track internal approvals and addendum requests for materials, supplies, and fuels contracts. **Qualifications \-Ideal candidate profile for this position:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of warehouse management * Knowledge of inventory management * Experience in logistics * Understanding of tax and fiscal regulations * Proficiency in SAP and WMS * Advanced Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
