Job Description You will contribute to developing and implementing the occupational health and safety policy; conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluation in this area; support the development of educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; participate in adopting technologies and work processes; investigate, analyze accidents, and recommend preventive and control measures. **Key responsibilities below:** * Manage occupational risks in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities and continuous operation of industrial equipment; * Develop, analyze, and monitor **Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA)** and safety procedures for industrial maintenance activities; * Collaborate on innovation projects with partner areas; * Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents; * Provide technical support to meet legal, contractual, and internal/external audit requirements; * Collaborate with **operations, maintenance, engineering, projects, and contractor teams**; * Conduct **field safety inspections**; * Monitor operational and maintenance activities; * Participate in planning maintenance and operations activities to assist in risk identification; * Present daily safety indicator meetings for the department. Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Technical education in Occupational Safety. * Active CRT or CFT registration. * Driver's license – Category B. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Proven experience in an **industrial environment**, directly involved in: **Industrial plant maintenance**; **Plant operations** (electrical, thermal, industrial, or similar). * Knowledge and application of **Regulatory Standards** applicable in industrial settings: **NR-33**; **NR-35; NR-12; NR, etc.** * Availability to work on a 4x4 shift schedule.
