Team leadership and management across multiple areas We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and structure the operations of a school network, emphasizing operational efficiency, people management, and interdepartmental integration. The role will play a strategic part in coordinating operations and administrative departments, supporting senior management in organizing processes and ensuring smooth functioning of all units. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage school unit operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency; * Coordinate administrative departments: HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement; * Manage the school nutrition area, supervising supervisors and operational teams; * Monitor daily operational routines and support unit leaders; * Manage performance indicators, processes, and operational improvements; * Serve as the primary liaison with supervisors and coordinators to ensure smooth operations; * Support the organization and structuring of operations during restructuring phases. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in operations management and team leadership; * Ability to manage multiple departments and large teams; * Organized, analytical profile with strategic vision; * Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability; * Prior experience in educational institutions or private schools is desirable. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership * Organization * Management Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
