Job Summary: Mobile machinery operator responsible for operating forklifts and front-end loaders, handling and organizing cargo, and inspecting equipment in an industrial environment. Demonstrating our commitment to quality and environmental management, Tecnosulfur has obtained certifications under ISO 9001 (2004\) and ISO 14001 (2023\), as well as the GPTW award (2023, 2024, and 2025\) – Great Place to Work, reflecting a positive work environment and appreciation for people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate forklifts and front-end loaders in accordance with production area procedures. * Handle, load, unload, and organize cargo in the warehouse. * Follow production and storage plans, ensuring material identification and traceability. * Inspect equipment and complete operational checklists at the beginning and end of each shift. * Report equipment failures and anomalies, supporting corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Complete shift reports and maintain effective communication during shift handovers. * Verify packaging integrity and finished product conditions prior to loading. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Minimum 6 months of experience operating mobile machinery in an industrial environment (forklift and/or front-end loader) * **Forklift and Front-End Loader Operation Course**, compliant with NR 11 (with valid certificate) * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tablets and operating systems * Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including shift rotation) **Additional Information** * Initiative; * Agility and dynamism; * Demonstrated flexibility; * Teamwork; * Planning and organizational skills; TECNOSULFUR began operations in 1990, providing solutions and technology for treating molten metals in steelmaking, foundries, and ferroalloys through the supply of raw materials, equipment, and specialized services. **We are proud to state that we are pioneers in our segment and have achieved national market leadership!** In October 2019, the Opta Group positively joined Tecnosulfur’s shareholder structure, bringing broader international market vision and more competitive strategies to our business.
